Founder

Founded by an Australian who grew up in the pool.

I’m Ross, an Australian who’s been living in Abu Dhabi for 11 years.

Growing up in the bush, our pool was our pride and joy. We lived in it. But because there were no pool cleaners willing to drive that far for a job, we looked after it ourselves. That’s where I first learnt about the difference good pool maintenance makes.

As I’ve watched communities such as Saadiyat, Yas, and Jubail develop into some of the most desirable addresses in Abu Dhabi, I’ve also noticed a very real need for reliable, expert pool care. To help you keep your pool in prime, pristine condition. And take the chore out of having a pool.

So I set out to create a new standard of pool care for Abu Dhabi, benchmarking the standards across the Australian and American industry – the products, the processes, the certifications – and building Pool Boss around what I found.

OUR TEAM

Supported by a team of capable technicians

We hire experienced technicians from some of Abu Dhabi’s leading hotels and resorts, and commit to investing in their development – ensuring they come to you with Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification, Pool Boss training, and the hands-on knowledge that only comes from years in the business.

We care about the people who turn up at your door every week as much as we care about you and your pool. (Spoiler: we care a lot.) And that is what sets Pool Boss apart. A team that is engaged, consistent, and committed. No subcontractors, no middlemen. Just your very own genuine Pool Boss.

We can’t wait to meet you.
